Your initial consultation will include an extensive assessment and discussion, as it's important to remember that injectables are a medical procedure and medicine administration. 

We will discuss treatment options and plans, answer any questions as well as discuss risk and aftercare expectations. 

We will take photos, sign the consent forms and you will then discuss your treatment with a doctor via facetime while you are in your appointment (we organise this for you). Only after all this is done, we will begin treatment. 

Initial appointments take roughly 1 hour for scripting, medical history and a full facial assessment.  From then on, anti-wrinkle takes around 20-30 minutes and dermal filler can take up to 1 hour. 

Lip filler and anti-wrinkle injections can definitely be "stingy," but numbing cream can be used as needed, or we can apply ice to the area prior if you want. Cheeks and other areas are more a sensation of pressure. 

This depends on the area, dose, and type of product used. Filler can last 12-18months. Anti-wrinkle kicks in typically 5-7days and can last 3 months. It is important to remember they are medications, therefore everyone will metabolism them at slightly different rates. 

The likehood is a yes. A needle is going into your skin however small that may be, bruising especially around the lips is common and unfortunately, we can't do anything to avoid it. We have aftercare creams to assist this as well. 

Unfortunately not. We do have other treatments we can offer our mumma's and mums-to-be though.

Absolutely, we offer complimentary facial assessments via face-time and are more than happy to sit down with you and discuss anything you are unsure about via a face-face consult ($50, redeemable on any future service).  

Injectable aftercare is important and must be followed for desire results. 

First 24-48 hours:

• Stay upright for 4 hours
• Avoid heat and sweat provoking activities
• No gym, sauna, solarium, or swimming
• Keep the area as clean as possible
• Recommended clean face masks and pillow cases
• Avoid alcohol
• Don't massage, touch, or apply pressure to the area
• Arnica cream only, no makeup, retinol creams or serums
• No ibuprofen or aspirin (it can increase the risk of bleeding & bruising) 
• Cold compression to the area as needed the next day

First 2 weeks:

• No facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, or skin treatments to the area for the following 2 weeks
• You can experience lumpiness, this is normal and should be left alone. If they are remaining please discuss at your 2 week follow up appointment
• Bruising, swelling and tenderness is common and can last up to 2 weeks
• No vaccines 2 weeks either side of treatment
